Born and raised in Mississauga, Ryan has experienced first-hand living in many parts of Toronto's western neighbouring cities. From Etobicoke, Erin Mills, Credit Valley, Streetsville, Oakville, Port Credit and back to Erin Mills again, he is well versed in the local amenities and lifestyle offered by these communities.

Ryan's post secondary education began at the University of Western Ontario (UWO) in London where he attained a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences. Business, Economics, Computer Science and Sociology were amoung his core focus subjects. Upon completion of his degree at UWO Ryan attended Information Technology Institute (ITI) in Toronto where he attained honours in Applied Information Technology. Armed with his diploma he set out to Seattle to work at Microsoft Headquarters for a contract position. Upon completion of his duties at Microsoft he headed to Vancouver where he spent 4 years developing GIS software designed to aid Forest Licencees in meeting re-forestation and governmental requirements.

In 2002, Ryan returned to his home in Mississauga to join his family in the Real Estate business. Along with rest of the Gilmour Team, Ryan dedicates his time to helping people buy or sell their most valuable and important possessions...their homes. His knowledge and experience in Information Technology allows Ryan to provide top quality, efficient and timely service to his clients.

Embracing new technology and tools of the trade while adhering to old-fashioned work ethics and strong commitment to service are the cornerstones of Ryan's business approach.
